Every token below has a liquidity pool that opened on Arc, Circle's Layer 1, within the last 24 hours. The list is built from on-chain pool data. Nothing is submitted, nothing is curated, and nothing can be paid for. If a pool exists and it is less than a day old, it is here.

That completeness cuts both ways. You are looking at the raw output of a permissionless chain, which includes serious launches, jokes, tests, duplicates of yesterday's names, and tokens deployed specifically to catch people who buy the top of this page. The list does not separate them, because at this age there is usually nothing on-chain to separate them with.

How often it updates

Continuously. New pools appear within moments of the first on-chain trade, and a token drops off this page automatically 24 hours after its pool opened — after that it lives in the full Arc list and, if it is being traded, on the trending page. Price, liquidity and volume figures refresh on the same cycle. The launch venue is recorded where we can identify it from the pool-creation transaction, and left blank where we cannot.

What "new" does not mean

New is a timestamp. It is not an endorsement, a ranking, a quality signal or a prediction. A token appearing here has not been reviewed by anyone at memecentral, and its position on the page reflects only when its pool opened. A four-minute-old token has no trading history, no meaningful holder distribution and no track record of the liquidity staying where it is. Most tokens on this page will be worth nothing within a week. That is the base rate for new memecoins on any chain, and Arc is not an exception to it.
