Getting to Solana is a different problem

The phishing problem, which is worse here than anywhere else

Bridge front-ends are the single most impersonated category of interface in crypto, and the reason is mechanical: a bridge asks you to approve a token and send a balance to a contract, in an interface where a multi-minute wait for funds to appear is completely normal. A fake bridge takes your deposit, shows a pending state, and by the time you conclude something is wrong the transaction is long settled.

The failure mode is search. You look up a bridge name, click a result, and the result is a paid or SEO-ranked lookalike domain. This is not hypothetical in this ecosystem: Pons.family, the Robinhood Chain launchpad, has at least three ranking lookalike domains — ponsdotfamily.com and ponslaunchpad.com among them — and only ponsfamily.com is confirmed by official documentation. In July 2026 attackers who compromised Vlad Tenev's X account used it to promote a fake token described as Robinhood Chain's official mascot; Robinhood confirmed the compromise. Three habits that cost nothing. Reach a bridge from a bookmark you saved after verifying it, or from the chain's official documentation, never from a search result or a link in a chat. Before approving anything, confirm the destination chain, the destination address and the asset in the wallet prompt itself, not in the web page — a malicious front-end controls the page and not the signature request. And bridge a small test amount first on any route you have not used before; the fee on a small test is trivially cheap insurance. It is not a security assessment of any bridge listed. None of these has been audited by us, and inclusion in a chain's official documentation is a signal about integration, not about safety. Bridges have historically been among the largest single points of loss in crypto.

It also does not address the chain you are bridging to. Robinhood Chain does not reach Stage 0 on L2BEAT's framework: critical contracts can be upgraded by an externally owned account, fraud proofs rely on two whitelisted validators, the sequencer is centralised with MEV capability, and an authorised filterer can force any transaction hash to fail.
