What Is ARCLaunch?

ARCLaunch is an announced memecoin launchpad for Circle's Arc chain. What its August 2026 press materials say, what is still unpublished, and how to check.

Checked against arclaunch.fun on 14 September 2026. The site's page body did not render for verification on that date — only its metadata was readable. Everything below about how ARCLaunch works therefore comes from its dated press materials of 13 August 2026, and is attributed as such throughout.

What it is

ARCLaunch is an announced memecoin launchpad for Arc, the Layer 1 blockchain created by Circle that uses USDC for gas. Its own page metadata, read on 14 September 2026, describes it as "The Arc Launchpad for launching and trading meme coins."

That metadata line is the only description of itself the site served on the day of this check. The fuller picture comes from a press release dated 13 August 2026, which calls ARCLaunch an all-in-one memecoin platform for Arc Chain and describes a guided launch flow, a discovery feed, integrated buying and selling, swaps and bridging, unified USDC balances, creator profiles and a referral programme. A preview of the same date repeats those features. Treat it as announced intent, not observed behaviour.

Who's behind it

Not disclosed. The August press materials carry a press contact but name no company, no founders and no jurisdiction, and the site publishes nothing beyond an X account. That is not an accusation — plenty of anonymous teams ship working products. It is a fact about what recourse you have if something goes wrong, which is unclear.

Mechanism

Per the 13 August 2026 press materials: a creator submits a token name, ticker, image, description, website and social links through a guided flow, without writing or deploying a contract. The release also describes an integrated swap function, a bridge to Arc, and Circle technology combining USDC deposited from several chains into one chain-agnostic balance.

On liquidity, the same materials say ARCLaunch intends to provide a direct path from token creation to Uniswap, and state in the same breath that it "has not yet published its final liquidity architecture." So: whether tokens trade on a curve first, whether they hit a Uniswap pool from the first block, and what happens at any transition — none of that is published. This guide does not guess.

Fees

Not published. The August press materials say creators may receive a share of eligible trading fees from their tokens, and that a referral programme may reward users who introduce eligible creators or traders. The same release states that fee percentages, qualifying activity, payout assets and claim procedures "have not yet been finalized publicly." No percentage exists in any source found on 14 September 2026. If you see one quoted, ask where it came from.

Lock treatment

Not published. Nothing in ARCLaunch's metadata or its August press materials states whether liquidity is locked, burned, permanently locked, or left in a wallet the deployer controls. This is the most important unknown about the venue, because it determines whether a token's liquidity can be pulled.

Status

Announced, pre-release. Arc's public mainnet is scheduled for 16 September 2026, and the press materials say ARCLaunch is preparing to arrive around that period without committing to a date. As of 14 September 2026 there is no evidence of ARCLaunch tokens trading.

How to verify a token launched there

Because ARCLaunch has not published its liquidity architecture, the interface cannot tell you anything you can rely on. Verify from the chain instead.

Get the pool address, not a screenshot. Take the token contract from the launch page and look it up on Arcscan, Arc's block explorer. If you cannot find a pool, the token is not tradable on a public market yet, whatever the interface shows.

Read who holds the LP position. This is the check that substitutes for the missing lock policy. If the holder is a known locking contract, read the expiry. If it is the zero address, the position is burned. If it is an ordinary wallet, the liquidity can be removed at any moment by whoever controls it.

Confirm the contract source is verified on Arcscan, read the holder distribution while you are there, and check the pair on DexScreener, or any chart that indexes Arc pools, for depth, age and trade count. If ARCLaunch later publishes a lock policy, these are the checks that confirm it applies to the token in front of you.

Risks

The specific risk with ARCLaunch today is that almost nothing about its economics is published, and what is published is a month-old description of plans. Launching on it, or buying from it, means accepting terms you cannot read: an unstated fee share, an unstated lock model, an unstated liquidity path, and an operator you cannot identify. The general risks apply on top — launchpads are permissionless, no token carries any endorsement, any token can go to zero, and a new venue's contracts have not been tested by real volume.

For contrast on what a published model looks like: Arch states single-sided Uniswap V3 pools with permanently locked liquidity, per thearch.fun on 14 September 2026, and Bullcheese, built by TrustSwap, locks liquidity through Team Finance's audited contracts and launches on 16 September 2026, the day Arc's public mainnet opens, per TrustSwap, the operator (Sept 2026; see bullcheese.fun/locked-not-burned). Published is not the same as good, but it is the difference between a claim you can check and one you cannot.
