Best Memecoins on Arc (Updated Weekly)
The Meme Central Editor·7 min read·Updated 15 Sept 2026
A weekly, rules-based list of Arc memecoins clearing published thresholds for liquidity, lock status, holder spread and age. Methodology first.
Most "best memecoin" lists are opinion with a table bolted on. This one is the opposite: a filter with thresholds published before the list, applied the same way every week, to on-chain data anyone can pull. If you disagree with the output, you can point at the rule that produced it. If a token you like is missing, you can work out which threshold it failed.
Read the methodology first. The list underneath it means nothing without it.
The methodology
These thresholds are memecentral's editorial thresholds, in force from 15 September 2026. They are choices, not laws of nature: they were calibrated for a young chain with thin pools, and any change to them is announced on this page with the date it takes effect.
The list is rebuilt every Monday at 12:00 UTC, covering the seven days ending at that snapshot. A token must clear every threshold below to be eligible. Nothing is added by editorial judgment, and nothing can be paid for.
1. Liquidity. The token's deepest USDC pool on Arc must hold at least $25,000 at the snapshot, and must not have dipped below $15,000 at any point during the seven-day window. The floor exists because thin pools produce the two problems that ruin most memecoin trades: a market order that moves the price several percent against you, and an exit that is not there when you want it. The intra-week floor exists because a pool topped up an hour before the snapshot is not a liquid pool.
2. Lock status. At least 80% of the pool's liquidity must be held under a lock that can be verified on-chain, with at least 30 days remaining at the snapshot — or be permanently locked or burned, which satisfies the test by construction. A lock the buyer cannot read is not counted, and neither is a promise on a website. Where a lock exists, the list records who holds it and when it expires, because a lock expiring next Thursday is a materially different thing from one expiring next year.
3. Holder distribution. The token must have at least 250 holding addresses, the largest single non-pool, non-locker wallet must hold no more than 5% of supply, and the top ten such wallets no more than 25% combined. Pool contracts, locking contracts and verified burn addresses are excluded from the count, since they are not discretionary holders. This threshold is the one that removes the largest number of otherwise healthy-looking tokens, and it is the one worth understanding: concentration decides who sets the price.
4. Age. The pool must be at least seven days old at the snapshot. Nothing launched this week is eligible, however well it is trading. Seven days is not long, but it is long enough for the first wave of exits to have happened and for the holder numbers above to mean something. Newer tokens live on memecentral's new Arc tokens page, which is a feed, not a filter.
5. Contract verification. The token contract must have verified source code published on Arcscan. If nobody outside the deployer can read what the contract does, no other threshold is worth measuring.
Tokens clearing all five are then ordered by median daily USDC trading volume across the seven-day window — median rather than mean, so that one enormous day cannot carry a token that is otherwise quiet. Ordering is the only place volume enters the process; it is never used for eligibility, because volume is the easiest number on this page to manufacture.
Each entry also records the venue the token launched through, where the pool-creation transaction identifies it. Arc's venues treat liquidity very differently — Arch states permanently locked liquidity and Sharc states liquidity locked forever at graduation, both read off their own sites on 14 September 2026; Bullcheese, built by TrustSwap and launching on 16 September 2026, the day Arc's public mainnet opens, locks through Team Finance's audited contracts rather than burning, with fees staying claimable while liquidity stays locked, per TrustSwap, the operator (Sept 2026). The venue is recorded as information, not as a credit or a penalty: no venue's tokens receive preference in this list, and a token's launch venue affects no threshold above.
This week's list
Arc's public mainnet launches on 16 September 2026, so no token on Arc can satisfy the seven-day age threshold before 23 September. The first populated list publishes at the first Monday snapshot at which at least one token clears all five tests. Until then the table below shows the format, with two rows marked as format examples and carrying no real data.
No token has met all five thresholds yet. The list is recomputed every Monday at 12:00 UTC.

Rows 3–10 fill as tokens become eligible. A week in which fewer than ten tokens clear every threshold publishes with fewer than ten rows; the list is never padded to length. A week in which none clear publishes empty, with the date, and says so.
What "best" does not mean here
It is not an endorsement. memecentral does not review teams, read contracts line by line, or vouch for anyone. A token on this list cleared five measurable, published tests at one moment on one Monday. That is all the word "best" carries here.
It is not a price view. Nothing in the methodology looks at price, direction, market capitalisation or return, and no row should be read as a forecast. A token can clear every threshold on this page and fall to nothing the same afternoon. Liquidity thresholds describe how easily a position can be opened and closed, not whether it should be.
It is not permanent. Everything measured here is a snapshot of a moving target. Locks expire. Liquidity is withdrawn when a lock ends. Holder distributions concentrate as people sell. A token that qualified last Monday may fail four of the five tests today, and the list will not tell you until next Monday.
Any token here can go to zero. Memecoins are extremely high risk. Clearing a liquidity floor and a lock test does not change that, and no filter can.
How to verify
The list is not a substitute for your own checks. Re-run the same five tests yourself before you buy anything, on the day you buy it. The thresholds are published precisely so you can, and everything they use is public.
Liquidity. Read pool depth on DexScreener, or any chart that indexes Arc pools, and confirm it against the pool contract on Arcscan. A figure on a chart is a reading; the pool's reserves are the fact.
Lock status. Follow the lock record to the locker's own site — Team Finance locks are checkable by pool address — and read who holds the position and when it expires. A lock you cannot open in an explorer is not a lock for the purposes of this list, and should not be one for yours.
Holder distribution. Read the holder list on Arcscan, exclude the pool and locker contracts, and check the largest wallet and the top ten against the 5% and 25% caps.
Age and contract verification. The pool-creation transaction's block timestamp gives the age; the contract page on Arcscan shows whether source code is published and verified.
Corrections
If a row is wrong, or a token you believe clears every threshold is missing, tell us which threshold and which on-chain source, and it will be checked against the next snapshot. Methodology changes are announced on this page with the date they take effect, and the thresholds in force for a given week are the ones published above at that week's snapshot.
Bullcheese is a permissionless launch venue. Tokens launched on it are created by anyone, carry no endorsement, and can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
Not financial advice. Memecoins are extremely high risk.
